Definitions

  • Content Summit Australia: Content Summit Australia is run by The Content Division, ABN 53 616 666 865.
  • You: means every legal entity or natural person that enters into an agreement with The Content Division by purchasing a ticket and/or registering for The Conference.

 

General

1. By registering to attend Content Summit Australia, You agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page.

2. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you are obliged to inform this person about these Terms and Conditions and arrange for acceptance.

3. The program content and/or speakers are subject to change without notice.

4. The Content Division is not responsible for any expenditure, loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of Content Summit Australia.

5. By registering to attend The Conference, You agree to allow Content Summit Australia, its advertised ‘Headline’ Sponsor and The Content Division to contact you for matters directly relating to the event, but also about wider opportunities linked to either brand.

6. The Content Division Pty Ltd, as hosts of Content Summit Australia, reserves the right to refuse any application for registration without giving a reason.

 

Fees and Payment

7. All fees become payable at the time of booking Content Summit Australia.

8. Early Bird discounted rates will end on 30 January 2026, unless sold out prior. In the interest of being fair to all, no extensions will be granted.

9. If you choose to pay via Invoice please note that all payments must be received within 14 days of booking otherwise your booking may be cancelled.

 

Cancellation and Substitutions

10. Tickets are non-refundable.

11. If you are unable to attend Content Summit Australia for any reason, you may send a substitute in your place or transfer your ticket to another person.

12. Notice of substitution must be provided prior to the start of the conference. If you wish to send a substitute in your place, please email our event management team at hello@contentsummitaustralia.com.au

13. If you are unable to find a substitute, your ticket will be forfeited and no refund will be made.

14. Sharing of tickets: Under no circumstances may tickets be shared. If you are caught sharing your ticket, you (or the person you are sharing with) will be asked to leave and your ticket will be cancelled for the remainder of the conference.

 

Photo and Video Consent

15. We would love to capture and share the great times that happen at Content Summit Australia so we will be taking photos and videos throughout the conference.

16. Photos and video may be used in a number of mediums including online, publications and promotional material.

17. You agree to allow us to use and publish a photograph and/or video, without compensation, which may contain an image of you in any of our publications.

18. You should be aware that by us publishing the photograph and/or video on the internet, it will be accessible to the public and other internet users and we will have limited control over its subsequent use and disclosure.

 

Meals

19. Whilst all care will be taken to provide special meals to meet dietary requirements, our caterer for this event (Wine & Dine’m Catering) is unable to guarantee that any meal will be 100% free of all traces of nuts, dairy, gluten, egg or egg products, seafood or other products that may produce allergic reactions in certain people. For extreme allergies, special arrangements must be discussed with Wine & Dine’m Catering.
